Hey there, everyone!  Welcome to my extension of Redecorate Blog, Inspiration Affirmation!  I am so glad that you are here!  :-)

First of all, you’re probably wondering – why the new blog space?  Inspiration Affirmation is a venture that I have been working on night and day for the past couple of months, and I am so excited to finally see it come to fruition.  You can expect some new things on this blog — some things that I am incredibly psyched about!

As of January 7, 2013, I will be a student at an interior design school in my state.  This is a huge leap for me, and something that I have been working toward for so long, so I am in awe that this is finally happening.  I have prayed about this for almost a year — for direction; and I feel that I have finally found it.  This blog will be taking on a unique turn because of the fact that I will be able to really know and understand the topics that I post about on a much deeper level.  I hope to be able to teach a little bit, and learn a lot from you, and I am thrilled that this new schooling opportunity gives me the ability to do so.

Also, expect to find tons more original content on Inspiration Affirmation.  This is something that I have been working on — gathering a plethora of topics that I think you’ll find interesting, and working on my photography skills to deliver the best images that I possibly can to you.

Some things will stay the same — you will still be able to find Friday’s Room Translation, and I will post an occasional essay or two…but we’re movin’ up here, people!  And I am thrilled to have you with me!  As for those of you who have stuck by my side since my very first little blog that I wrote when I was planning my wedding, thank you for bearing with me these last few years, as I have switched from blog to blog, trying to find a niche that I loved.  Fear the movin’ around no more, my friends — I have invested so much time and energy into the launch of Inspiration Affirmation, there is no way I’m turning back now!  ;-)

I can’t wait to share with you all the things that I have in store for you — and just in time for the Holidays, too!   I promise…it’s gonna be fun!
